Semiclosed Rebreather Diver Specialty
Have you ever wanted to go diving, but without most of those bubbles? Here's your chance to try it with the PADI Semiclosed Rebreather Dolphin/Atlantis Specialty course. This Specialty course introduces you to the Drager Dolphin/Atlantis semiclosed rebreathers. Youxll learn planning, organization, procedures, potential problems and hazards of semiclosed rebreather diving. It is specific to the features, accessories, maintenance and proper use of the Dolphin/Atlantis Semiclosed rebreathers. Course includes an optional pool session, three dives and requires Advanced Open Water Diver, Nitrox certification and a minimum age of 15.

What do I need to start?
- PADI Advance Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another organization) OR PADI Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) with proof of at least 10 logged dives beyond open water training dives
- PADI Enriched Air Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization)
- Minimum age: 15 years old
What will I do?
This Specialty course introduces the planning, organization, procedures, potential problems and hazards of semiclosed rebreather diving. It is specific to the features, accessories, maintenance and proper use of the Dolphin/Atlantis semiclosed rebreathers.
How long will it take?
- Recommended Course Hours: 24
- Minimum Open Water Training: three dives over one day

If stealth diving appeals to you then the PADI Semiclosed Rebreather Diver - Drager Ray Specialty course will interest you. You can dive nearly bubble free after you learn to use your semiclosed rebreather - good for photography or just seeing aquatic life up close and personal.
What do I need to start?
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or PADI Open Water Diver certification with proof of at least 10 logged dives beyond initial training (or qualifying certification from another organization)
- PADI Enriched Air Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization)
- Minimum age: 15 years old
What will I do?
The course introduces semiclosed rebreather dive planning, organization, procedures and potential hazards, specifically focusing on the Drager Ray semiclosed rebreather.
How long will it take?
- Recommended Course Hours: 24
- Minimum Open Water Training: three dives over a recommended two days
